The extended access to the workshops is dependent on that

·         Emergency exits and escape routes are NOT blocked since this is forbidden by law

·         General and safety rules are respected by EACH students using the workshops.

Students that do not comply may lose their right to use the workshops

The students have assigned “responsible students” from January and through the spring semester 2020 to ensure that general and safety rules in the workshops are followed. This does not imply that the responsible students are responsible for every students doing. Their task is to inform, communicate, explain the rules to fellow students and to arrange clean-ups when needed. The responsible students will of course also communicate with the staff. The staff and the workshop committee will continuously monitor and evaluate how this new system is functioning.

Note that the workshops will be closed during Christmas/New Year and Summer vacations and public holidays since we are low in staff.
