“Join the Circle” is a sound and video project exploring different types of social circles: Drum circles, focus groups, family dinners, AA meetings, organized gang stalking and magic rituals. The circle carries the promise of unity and equality, but it can just as well be an arena for terror and oppression. Viktor works with a cut-up technique where found text, sound and video is mixed and merged into new narratives.
Within two weeks he will be working in the sound studio and the black room at IAC putting together a sound and video installation. The result will be presented during a one-night event on October 12, 17.00-20.00.
